Core Enterprise is used at Farne Salmon in Scotland linked to SAP for production control at all stages from whole fish to finished goods. With an accurate demand plan Core has increased production efficiency and generates an accurate finite schedule for the production lines. Farne Salmon are now into a new phase using RFID monitoring trolley movement for full product traceability throughout the factory.

Core Enterprise is used at Lyons Seafood to plan and schedule prawn production coping with a volatile demand dependant on weather and seasonality. The accurate demand plan helps the managers when they have to look months ahead for purchasing of prawns for sales, increasing service levels and customer satisfaction. Core Enterprise with the two-way communication link to SAP gives accurate KPI information increasing efficiency and reducing wastes in all areas.

Core Scheduler is used at Coastal Grains to schedule the haulage vehicles picking up grain from farms and utilising the grain silo depot to a maximum without blocking the main roads and inward goods with vehicles. This schedule has many constraints from time to travel, time to upload and deliver product and only one vehicle allowed at a farm at one time. The schedule calculates the number of haulage vehicles required to keep the depots fully utilised.

CorePT provides a web front-end to view completed pressure tests for TechnipFMC, the Manufacturing and Engineering Supplier of equipment that facilitate the removal of oil & gas in all areas of exploration. This is excellent for off-site viewing of live tests, as well as web charting and reports that provide the required documentation for certification of the manufactured product to the customer. SFJ work with software partner Raith Systems to deliver this system.
